Our VSOP hybrid roto offset printing, in combination with flexo print or gravure print, up to nine colours, printed on both sides, combined with the safety of low-migration inks, is the ideal technique for a wide range of materials, especially for labels. 

Our roto offset printing promises premium quality, brilliant colours, natural images and unseen smooth transitions to zero. Besides the traditional UV technology, we offer electron beam to transform the inks from a liquid to a solid state.

Given the quick setup times and the availability of printing machines from narrow to wide web, our flexible roto offset technique is very suitable for small to medium sized orders. Besides this, more references can be combined individually every single production, which enables an additional cost optimization.

Offset printing is a technique in which the inked image is transferred (or “offset”) from a planographic plate to a rubber blanket, then to the printing surface.

Our offset printing plates are made directly on production site on premises of our prepress management. After the print, data are safely stored for possible quick reorders.

By printing on front/reverse, we are able to apply various finishes, like special glues for sleeving cone shaped containers or also matt lacquers for a natural effect. Anti-wet lacquers are needed when highly transparent bottles are requested.

This flexible technology enables us to offer an excellent service to fill all orders, from smaller medium sized volumes, promising short time deliveries.
